Our team consists of seasoned educators, including Assistant Headteachers, Heads of Departments, and Lead Practitioners. With deep expertise in leading teams and nurturing both teachers and students, our tutors are committed to helping every student reach their full potential. We believe every student can achieve outstanding results, and our proven experience and comprehensive knowledge equip us to guide them toward their best outcomes.

Matthew:

With a decade of teaching experience, Matt has successfully led English departments at two secondary schools and currently serves as an Assistant Headteacher overseeing Teaching and Learning. Passionate about driving whole-school improvement, they have spearheaded initiatives in reading, enhanced teacher pedagogy, and classroom management strategies. With seven years of experience as an examiner and team leader for a leading exam board, Matt brings valuable expertise in assessment and curriculum standards to their role. Adding a global perspective to their experience, Matt also taught in China for a year and even made a unique appearance in Football Manager!

Ryan:

Ryan is a skilled and passionate primary school lead with 9 years in education, both as a teaching assistant and qualified. Having worked across both Key Stages, Ryan has spent three years teaching KS2, with his Year 6 classes achieving excellent SATs results. As a Computing and PE lead, Ryan is dedicated to fostering a love for technology and physical activity in his students. With a proven track record of delivering impressive outcomes and a commitment to helping every child succeed, Ryan brings expertise and enthusiasm to his teaching practice.

Mark:

Mark has 24 years of teaching experience across three schools, specialising in KS3 and KS4 Science as well as KS5 Physics. He has held roles including Numeracy Coordinator, Head of Physics, and is currently a Lead Practitioner for Science, supporting teaching excellence across his department. With 15 years of experience as an A-Level Physics examiner, Mark has a deep understanding of exam requirements and how to help students excel. For the past 18 years, he has also provided private tuition, successfully supporting students to achieve the grades needed for Oxbridge applications. Mark’s passion for education and student-focused approach make him a trusted and highly effective tutor, dedicated to unlocking each student’s potential.
